Cancellation

Cancellations for domestic orders can be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Please note that not all products are eligible for cancellation. Items purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers and marked as “Final Sale” on the product page cannot be cancelled.

Once we receive your cancellation request, our Customer Care Team will review and authorize it. You will be notified by email once your request is approved or rejected.

Important:

• Orders can only be cancelled after receiving an official authorization code from our Customer Care Team.

• Items returned without this authorization will not be processed.

• Returned goods must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags, labels, packaging, and the invoice copy intact.

• Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or cancellation.
